In just three weeks, Zendesk Relate 2020 will launch in sunny Miami.

You probably already know where to stay (if not, you might need to pack a sunbed and a sleeping bag), BUT if you’re unsure what speakers to prioritize, we’ve got you.

We’ve gathered the three sessions we’re most excited to attend below. So grab your notebook and enjoy!

1.GRL POWER

In 1998 Sara Blakely cut the feet of her pantyhose and wore them out - and the idea for her billion dollars business Spanx was born.

Sarah truly is an admirable and innovative power woman! 💪🏼 She started her company all by herself and has self-funded the company ever since the beginning.

Being a female entrepreneur and a woman in business, Sara met her share of hurdles not being taken seriously and being underestimated.

However, she turned it into her favor and is now promoting the benefits of female leadership as female-led businesses are seeing an upward trend.

Sarah is joined on stage by her entrepreneur husband Jesse Itzler, as they talk about leadership, loyalty, and love.

What: “Leadership and loyalty, with Sara Blakely and Jesse Itzler”

When: Wednesday, March 04, 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM

2. Heroes do exist

As the founder and CEO of Zendesk, Mikkel Svane is pretty much our entrepreneur hero! 🦸🏻‍♂️

So obviously, we’re not gonna miss an opportunity to say hi and hear what great things he has to say. We last met him at Zendesk RISE in Anaheim, CA, and it went something like this. 👇🏼

Mikkel founded Zendesk back in 2007 with his friends Alexander Aghassipour and Morten Primdahl in a small apartment in Copenhagen. Since then, the business has grown into an international company worth more than 9 billion USD. Pretty cool, right?

They are significant role models for Danish IT-companies and entrepreneurs.

At Zendesk Relate 2020, Mikkel is sitting down for an 'Ask Mikkel Anything'.

I mean, how often do you get the chance to pick a brain like that?

Also, I do kind of want to know whether he thinks unicorns are real..

What: “Ask Mikkel Anything”

When: Thursday, March 05, 11:10 AM to 11:40 AM.

3. TEMPO Speech

Lastly, but DEFINITELY not least, you don’t want to miss the Tempo session where our very own cool founder Carl Hye Thaisen will join Tempo on stage!

Carl Hye Thaisen and Hans Andersen founded helphouse.io back in 2017, and today we’re a Zendesk Master Partner implementing some of the greatest Zendesk solutions for some of the greatest companies.

Tempo’s Eygló Óskarsdóttir and Carl will talk about how we, at helphouse.io, use Tempo as an implementation to Jira to be able to invoice consultancy hours and learn from our work processes. And furthermore, how we may be able to optimize teams and workflows.

They’ll talk about the ways Zendesk customers can benefit from using a Tempo timer in Support and the insights this provides, while also covering some of the things to consider when deciding to use a timer to track work.

What: Tempo Breakout Session

When: Wednesday, March 4th from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM.
